We do not accept returns and exchanges.

(If you receive an item that is not a mystery box not in the condition advertised please send us photos by e-mail to info@thetoytemple.com . All claims must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the product.)

Mystery Box items are sold as a final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the random nature of the contents.

By purchasing a Mystery Box/Item, customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Items are selected at random and cannot be customized, requested, or substituted.

• Mystery Boxes may include a mix of overstock, past-season, exclusive, or limited-quantity items.
